All returns must be approved in advance by Tile and Mosaic Source LLC and accompanied by a valid return authorization number.

Orders must be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt.

A 20% restocking fee (calculated on the total sale amount) will be applied to all authorized returns or order cancellations.

Any shipment returned without a valid return authorization number will be rejected and sent back at the sender’s expense.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for credit.

Special-order items are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or exchange.

All claims regarding incorrect, damaged, or missing merchandise must be submitted to info@tilemosaicsource.com within 2 days of receipt.

Tile and Mosaic Source LLC reserves the right to cancel any unpaid order not picked up within 14 days of receipt.
